Fourteen Signposts to Slavery-The Death of the American Constitutional Republic

After the recent passage of the indefinite detention provision in NDAA, which is the National Defense Authorization Act, I felt absolutely compelled to write this blog. What most Americans do not realize, is this slippery slope to tyranny did not begin with Barack Obama, or even George W. Bush. This decent into tyranny began many years ago, arguably at the turn of the Twentieth Century.

The United States of America was created as an alliance of States that comprise the Federal Government. Sadly, most Americans are unaware of this basic fact. I would postulate many Americans cannot name the three branches of government.  The USA was created as a Constitutional Republic. but what is that? Isn’t that a Democracy? The answer is no, it isn’t. A Constitutional Republic is a state where the head and other officials are elected as representatives of the people; and must govern according to existing constitutional law that limits the government’s power over citizens. In a constitutional republic, executive, legislative, and judicial powers are separated into distinct branches and the will of the majority of the population is checked by protections for individual rights; so that no individual or group has absolute power. This is nothing like a Democracy. A Democracy is an omnipotent majority. The individual, or a group of individuals composing any minority, have no protection from the unlimited power of the majority. It is a case of majority over man ie mob rule. Hence the quote from Benjamin Franklin, “Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote!” Despite what anyone may think about the Founding Fathers’ personal lives and conquests, they knew mob rule was not what should be the prevailing form of government. America had just had a hard-won freedom from a totalitarian monarchy in Britain. They knew men prospered in freedom, with limited government. A free enterprise economic system is the only one that may exist in a Constitutional Republic. The economic system in America today is nothing but crony capitalism and corporatism. The system has been rigged for a long time. If you don’t marry into a Heinz or Rockefeller family, it is very difficult for a small business to be prosperous as the founding fathers intended. Now, the climate certainly is who you know, not what you know. Our Founding Fathers also had no intention of allowing the government to become an instrument to steal the fruit of another man’s labor; give it to another who had not earned it. As a verse from a current country song says “What you learn from the red dirt is you earn what you keep”.  Our government was to be one of severely limited powers. Thomas Jefferson once said, “In question of power then let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution” Jefferson’s view was that government governs best when it governs the least. This sounds absolutely nothing like the government we have in American today, and have not had for at least one hundred and fifty years. Our country has been creeping slowly to the left, I’d argue more to a Fascist state rather than a Communist state. Both of these require a totalitarian state. America is on a fast track to this as Obama is consolidating his power base, with no oversight. Fascism is the philosophy that everything  is within the State and nothing is above the State or outside the State or  against the State. Communism is the philosophy that everyone is equal in a stateless environmental “utopia”. Sadly, neither one of these philosophies tell you there must be a tyrant figurehead installed and also that the ultra rich are exempt. Communism (Socialism with a figure head) is not a share the wealth program, but is in reality a method to consolidate and control the wealth. Under the Constitutional Republic created by the Founding Fathers, there was no way to centralize control and create a dictatorship. However, we have seen in America a creeping of consolidation of power for many years. So slight as to not be noticed, culminating with Obama- the purported “lord and savior”.

So, now we must ask ourselves; how did we get here? How did this happen? First, to understand how America as a Constitutional Republic is experiencing the death “rattles”; you must have some rudimentary knowledge of international banking. Yes, that’s right. INTERNATIONAL banking. The international bankers seek nothing less than world control through finance. This one world government of control has been a brain child carried, mid-wived and birthed from the International banking cartel. International bankers have financed governments and wars for many years. Ironically, even financing both sides of a conflict. Nothing creates revenue for an international banker, through charging massive interest, like war. Like a business, no government can borrow massive amounts of money unless said government is willing to surrender to the creditor some measure of its sovereignty as collateral. This is where I will digress for just a moment. The Chinese government owns most of America’s debt and has now just called for her citizens’ to disarm; with an economy that is experiencing impending collapse. Now, what do you think the Chinese government will want if our economy does collapse or we can’t make our payments? THINK ABOUT THAT ONE FOR A MINUTE. Now, moving onward. The keystone of the international banking cartels has been government bonds.  A government bond is a bond issued by a national government, generally promising to pay a certain amount on a certain date, as well as periodic interest payments. The first ever government bond was issued by the Bank of England in 1693 to raise money to fund a war against France. It is in the best interest of the international banking cartels to encourage government debt; and nothing creates government debt like a war! Now, as for my assertion that these cartels like to finance even both sides of a conflict; our Civil War in the North was financed by the Rothschilds through an American agent, August Belmont. The American South was financed also by the Rothschilds through the Erlangers, who were also relatives of the Rothschilds. While wars and revolutions are useful tools to the international banking cartels to gain or increase control of a government, the key to this control has always been the control of the money. You can control a government if you have it in your debt! A creditor is now in the position to demand the privileges of a monopoly from the sovereign. This is how the game of free enterprise gets rigged into crony capitalism and corporatism. But I digress, again to the Civil War for just a moment. It is postulated that since the Rothschilds held stake in both sides of the war, THEY were the specific cartel that wanted to form a centralized banking system. Lincoln refused. Lincoln was assassinated. Now, continuing on.

A centralized bank was never a consideration of the Founding Fathers. As a matter of fact, Thomas Jefferson writing to John Adams stated, “..I sincerely believe. with you, that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies.” After the assassination of Lincoln, efforts increased to create a centralized bank in the US.  The “Panic Circular of 1893”, which was created and implemented by none other than JP Morgan, was an artificial panic that created the insolvency  of smaller banks to centralize power at the bigger banks. JP Morgan also created the panic of 1907, which was the keystone event for centralized banking legislation some six years later.  Senator Nelson Aldrich, a Republican, helped co-author the Aldrich Bill that bears his name. This bill is the creation of the fledgling Federal Reserve. The international banking cartel, along with Aldrich himself, knew that Republicans were too close to Wall Street and would be opposed to a centralized bank. Their only hope was to get a Democrat to pass it. {sound familiar?} This was about 1912. William Howard Taft, a Republican, was up for re-election and was deeply opposed to the Aldrich Bill and centralized banking. So what do the bankers do? Run a Theodore Roosevelt as a rival to the Republican base, ensuring a Woodrow Wilson win! {again, sounds familiar..} However, Woodrow Wilson was also property of one JP Morgan as he helped finance his campaign. President Wilson ran on a platform of no involvement in the war that was brewing in Europe, and won a narrow victory. This quite obviously, was a lie; whether intended or not. President Wilson had a very interesting “advisor”; a mysterious Edward Mandel House, son of a British immigrant who had financial “interests” in Texas. He is regarded as a puppet master of sorts during the Wilson administration. House once wrote, “Socialism as dreamed by Karl Marx” in his book Philip Dru:Administrator. It was House that advised Wilson for a passage of a graduated income tax on the populace; and a central bank that provided a “flexible (inflatable) paper currency. The graduated income tax and a central bank are two of the ten planks of The Communist Manifest as authored by Karl Marx.

The ten planks of Communism are:

1-)Abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.

2-) A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

3-)Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

4-) Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

5-)Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly

6-)Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of  the State.

7-)Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan

8 – ) Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially  for agriculture.

9-) Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of population over the country

10-) Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production.

It doesn’t take a genius to see that many of these “planks” are in practice in America and have been for a very long time. And now, this leads me to the fourteen signposts to slavery. These signposts, written by Gary Allen and Larry Abraham were written in 1971 as a stark warning for the creeping, horrific, gangrenous disease trying to fester in our Constitutional Republic. It is painfully apparent to me, these warnings were not heeded.

1-) Restrictions on taking money out of the country and on the establishment or retention of a foreign bank account by an American citizen.

2-)  Abolition of private ownership or hand guns

3-) Detention of individuals without judicial process

4-) Requirements that private financial transactions be keyed to social security numbers or other government identification so that government records of these transactions can be kept and fed into a computer

5-) Use of compulsory education laws to forbid attendance at presently existing private schools.

6-) Compulsory non-military service

7-) Compulsory psychological treatment for non-government workers or public school children

8 – ) An official declaration that anti-Communist organizations are subversive and subsequent legal action taken to suppress them

9-) Laws limiting the number of people allowed to meet in a private home

10-) Any significant change in passport regulations to make passports more difficult to obtain and use

11-) Wage and price controls, especially in a non-wartime situation

12-) Any kind of compulsory registration with the government of where individuals work

13-) Any attempt to restrict freedom of movement within the United States

14-) Any attempt to make a new major law by executive decree (that is, actually put into effect, not merely authorized as by existing executive orders.)

It seems to me, that by this list, and by simply observing our current President Barack Obama; America as conceived by our Founding Fathers is truly experiencing her death rattles. The death rattles are an indication of impending death. I believe the Republic into which I was born, has been festering putrescence under her surface for many years; through its horrific programs of secret medical experiments, brought here from Nazi Germany through Operation Paperclip and iron fist in a velvet glove oppression of the populace.

I wanted to believe that the Republic my ancestors fled to in the late 1880s was the image portrayed to most Americans. That we, as America, were the beacon of light and liberty into the darkness of the world. Maybe we were once; for about our first 60 years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence. After that, it has been a slow decent into the pit. Will America recover? No, I dare say not. In my humble opinion, I believe we are heading for annihilation, much like the Roman Empire. It is also my opinion that there is nothing to save. What we have NEEDS annihilation. Perhaps through annihilation, America can rise as the phoenix and shine as she was once intended. It is for her I write this blog.
